Dryer: Gas and Electric

Clean the lint filter EVERY LOAD! Don't ignore bad noises: I've seen people ignore noises so long that and otherwise repairable dryer cuts itself to pieces. 

Note: If you are doing any painting in the house, you may get a "chemical smell" on the clothes. This is caused by the dryer burning the fumes into something else!
